An Introduction to AA - Published by the Friday Forum Luncheon Club, Alcoholics Anonymous of Akron.
This pamphlet is undated. In the section “What is Alcoholics Anonymous?”, the text states that there is over 20,000 AA members which was the membership numbers in 1945 and would indicate the year that this was printed.
This pamphlet is uniques as it differed in content from other versions of “An Introduction to AA” and includes the section “Are You An Alcoholic?”, which is the 20 questions used by Johns Hopkins University to identify alcoholics. Also included is a section about “An Honest desire to stop drinking” and Ten Steps that have helped new AA members to stop drinking.
This pamphlet is in excellent condition. There is some toning to the paper. No writing or markings.
