This book is a great collector's item! 

There are some varying differences in this printing of the 2nd Edition Big Book from other 2nd Editions. You can see in different markings in the print that this is a 3rd Printing of the 2nd Edition. This book contains the original dust jacket. The dust jacket is labeled as a Third Edition and from 1959. It also shows that it was printed by A.A Pub. Inc on the spine of the jacket. In the book on page XV and also on page 16, it states that there were 7,000 AA groups in 1959.

This book is in excellent condition! The book has very little wear. There is some sitting starting to the binding at the title page. There is no writing inside the book. The dust jacket is in fair condition with wear to the edges of the jacket and tears by the folds and spine of the jacket with the back flap being detached. The jacket has been placed inside a plastic brodart cover to protect and keep it together.
